C & J Professional Services is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide a quick and accurate response for your Web design project, we ask for the information necessary to work with your company. All of the information is strictly for the use of this company and not for outside use of any third-party companies.

The Information we gather and how we use it will help us with the Web design project. You wil receive a written proposal and contract before the process begin to inform you of current or future charges for changes or design work.

Graphic Design (Artwork and Logo) Policy

Our art design and logo design packages are split in to several different steps. Please take note that once you give a final approval on your design or logo, you may only request another design or logo change at an additional charge. If you have ordered stationery, brochures or any printed materials then we will use your approved design for print. However in any cases, changes to approved designs or logos are charged a minimum of $65 per hour.

Upon the final approval of a art work/design/logo and/or stationery design, CPJS, will require up to 1-2 business days to put together all of the files. For UPS delivery packages the shipment will be processed after we receive your address confirmation. Camera ready artwork is available for shipping within North-America; however International clients will be subject to additional shipping charges.
